Tracy began her real estate career with the vision in mind of combining her swim coaching, and past sales, marketing, and promotion skills to representing clients in the purchase or sale of their homes.   She believes in the need for trustworthy professionals to assist clients throughout the buying and selling processes, and to provide extra ordinary customer service.

 

Tracy earned a swimming scholarship and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University where she was a four-year letter winner for the Cougars Swim Team.  She earned her Master of Arts degree from Michigan State University where she was the graduate assistant swim coach. After working in NCAA Division I and professional athletics for several years as a coach and in positions dealing with marketing, promotions, sales and fundraising, she decided to apply these skills to assisting clients in the ever-changing real estate industry.

Tracy earned her Real Estate License from Hondros College two years ago. Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and combining it with a creative, energetic and personal touch, Tracy continues to reach the goals set by her and her clients as a “team” regardless of the setting. With combined careers, this Realtor has been successful in guiding individuals toward various goals for a total of 31 years. Whether, it’s “Buying or Selling, Training or Racing, Together, Tracy and her clients WILL reach their goals!”

 

Tracy is married to Bob, who also has been in the real estate industry on the property management side for 30 years. They enjoy training together for triathlons, traveling to races, and “here and there” discussing the business of real estate. They have two, four-legged kids, Jaxson, their Brittany Spaniel and running and swimming partner, and Mogi the cat who helps wake them up for early morning training sessions before they begin their day in respective real estate careers. The philosophy around the “Team Hendershot” household is work hard, play hard! “Real Estate & Racing; Win With Tracy!”
